About the club level system

Right, even though the club server is down, when it was up, we had 4 people in the club if I remember correctly. However, since the club is only level 1, its limited to only 8 members until it gets upgrade to level 2 (16 members) or 3 (32 members), however to do this it seems $5 million is needed, which may be an issue for some people to donate to the club since money is hard to get once you've finished all the races/cups.
Ideas about how to get round this anyone?

Well if the $5 million is divided evenly between the 8 people (unless others are willing to pay more), then its only $625000 each. I would be more than happy to pay that, but if others aren't, then may I suggest only adding those who would first? That way it would be quicker to upgrade the club. But I mean I could make that much up in 30 minutes in the casino with a bit of luck, so I'm sure people will be alright with it?

Already donated 550k, and I'm en route to reach around 10-10.5 so I can donate around a million...but that's one note,
Besides the required 5 million, we need 10k XP to unlock the upgrade, HOW we do it, I don't know.

I've donated $625000, but may donate more when I get some more cash in! 
I would suggest XP is earned from racing other clubs at the bar, so maybe try to get some challenges with other clubs A.S.A.P.!
